Return Policy

Custom Made / Special Orders
Due to the nature of custom order jewelry and special orders, there are No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Cancellation and No Merchandise Credits.

Non-Custom Merchandise
Non-custom Merchandise may be exchanged or used as a Merchandise Credit provided:
1. Request is made within 30 (thirty) days.
2. Exchange/Credit request is accompanied by all original receipts and documents, including sales incentives and promotions.
3. Merchandise is in new condition.

Clearance Items
Merchandise sold at “Marked Down,” or “Clearance price” is sold as ALL Sales Final. No refunds, No Merchandise Credit and No Exchanges.

Certified Diamond/ Trade Up Policy
When you purchase Certified Diamond from Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry, we will give you full trade up value when you spend at least an additional $1,000 on another Certified Diamond. You need to supply all original purchase documents (receipt, diamond certificate, diamond report) which are subject to verification from a Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelry Gemologist.

 

Shipping

Regular custom orders will ship in approximately 10 - 15 business days. In-stock items will ship within 72 hours. Orders with diamonds may take up to 4 weeks. Depending on the order, rush options are available.

Order can be shipped within 48 hours if required. Please call or email us for faster delivery date options.

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Signature is required upon delivery of any package for your protection. UPS & FEDEX will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package. Any changes made to the delivery address after it has been shipped from our factory requested by the addressee may result in additional shipping charges. 

APO/FPO and PO Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will require additional time for delivery.

International orders will be shipped via USPS.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Your tracking number will be sent via email when the package has been shipped.
